Greg Webb decommitted from PSU and committed to UNC today. First casualty after the Freeh report. Certainly more will follow. Per @rivalsmike Mike Farrell received tweet from Gregs father.

The first of many more I would imagine.
yep, worse before it gets better.
I know there's a game saturday, and my ass will be there.
I do believe there will be a domino effect.

Gotta think the staff will be calling Dorian Johnson
Hilarious.
The North remembers.

The UNC situation is a dumpster fire, but PSU's is more like an atomic mushroom cloud.
out of the frying pan into the fryer. Things don't work out at UNC, maybe he can transfer to Miami Fla.
Would be nice for OSU to benefit from PSU problems again.

"PS Screw Emmert. If he wouldn’t be pandering to the public we wouldn’t have to worry about the death penalty and how the fear would effect recruiting."
This is from a PSU fan on the webpage discussing Webbs decommit. Another example of almighty football being God. Nothing about leadership failure or victims. Just the team and recruiting.

John Blair, got a good laugh at that comment, haha, so true
Don't see OSU benefiting this time around.
If we get commits from them ok but I wouldn't want to tread that water! We don't want to look like douche bags making a come up from a bad situation
Wherever you are, there you be!
Agreed Boom. Last year was one thing but coming up on their misfortune again would look pretty bad IMHO...

Its the name of the game in recruiting, if D.Johnson decommits I seriously doubt anyone here would care we're benefitting from PSU troubles.
Yes Buckinbama - I understand recruiting & if DJ decommits from there & wants to come here - great. Of course you still take him. I would personally just rather not see OSU be the one school that appears to thrive on this particular situation time & time again if that makes sense. Just my opinion on the matter.
Edit: BTW - there is no love lost between myself & PSU. I'm not taking up for them at all. Don't think this has anything to do with liking that school in any way - this is about me not wanting OSU to look like vultures...in the wake of everything that's happened with the OSU program in the last 2 years, I'd rather we avoid as much bad PR as possible. That's all.

I agree with Poison. I would rather be an athletes 1 st choice than be the recipient of another's misfortune.
Well - looks like there is a chance PSU will see some serious "unprecedented" news coming tomorrow. I have a feeling that maybe all the guys will be decommitting after 9:00am tomorrow. Will we benefit? Still rather we didn't but - stay tuned....

@Poison Nuts ... I feel what your saying, but because we really NEED an OT, I'd be happy to play the vulture this one last time ... Lol
yea i agree i would really like to pick johnson up from them who cares what it looks like
mark may wins douchebag of the year... again
