Visiting July 27 thru July 29..... He'll be at FNL, but as you can see, he has plenty of time to look around campus too. He said the visit is mostly for his mom. He also said he would like to visit LSU before making a decision. When I asked if a decision could come after he visited LSU, he replied, "maybe," and added a decision would not come after his OSU visit.
I think there's a very good chance he commits after visiting, despite him saying otherwise.
Stay Tuned

You think there is a good very chance that he will do the opposite of what he says? Why?
Don't think he wants to make his college choice too obvious. Not many players will straight up say they might commit on a visit.
Alex and Derek have also said they think he'll commit.
Sign him up
This is crazy, since when were decommits ever a good thing, but it looks like we just might come out w/better players because of it.
11 warriors needs a recruit database, football and basketball. With all the offers this staff has given out, it's hard form me to keep which players is which, straight. Hope he becomes a Buckeye.
For those of you, who's memory is like mine, after a day of work- http://ohiostate.scout.com/a.z?s=145&p=8&c=1&nid=5904603
I would have to agree with a data base.
Capn, Make It So...
I think Alex mentioned a database in the works a while ago.
I wouldn't cheer for Michigan if they were playing the Taliban.
Yes Alex said a database was coming in the "summer". I'm sure it's in the works.
Regarding Lewis: The thing that is the most telling is that he says this visit is for his mom. That implies to me that he already knows everything about the school and this visit is for his mom to sign off on his decision. Wouldn't be surprised to see him commit on or after his visit.
Alex had a post recently where he too likes Tyquan to be a good guy soon. Like Buckinbama, I am liking those decommits more & more. Love to see one or both pull the trigger soon - closing the door on the whole decommit chapter in my book.
Edit: Love to see one or both of the new LB targets pull the trigger soon. Bad sentence up there ^^.

You all need to pump your breaks... Anzalone is a fantastic LBer... to be happy that he decommited is ridiculous.
Cause I couldn't go for three
How did anzalone do in the opening?
"I'm One Bad Buckeye, and I approve this message."
Well I was NEVER thrilled w/that other LB's defensive tape, he looked better offensively ... I never said I was happy for the decommits simply stated we may come out better for them in the end w/2 players rated higher than the 2 we had decommit.
I know he is a hybrid and he is gonna play Viper, but is Lewis more of a defensive end or linebacker?
Database would be awesome...staff-prediction section to the database would be solid IMO seeing as we all want to know where the 11w people think a prospect will likely be heading to
I'm just confused on how a Norte Dame commit name keeps popping up on this site.
Hardly home but always reppin
Think we are destined to see that name forever.
My comment wasnt intended to dwell on past transgressions, i was asking because people were saying they can now move on from the decommits (its about time) if we get the Lewis commit. I was simply posing a question because I hadnt heard much buzz surrounding he-whos-last-name-begins-with-A regarding the opening, etc. Aside from Ezekiel Elliot blowing by he-whos-last-name-begins-with-A. Depending on the feedback I got from said question, it could help ease the minds of some of our troubled fellow 11W's. Trust me I'm not in the hope-he-comes-back party. Not at all.
"I'm One Bad Buckeye, and I approve this message."
Get over it people, since he at one point commited, he is relevant to this conversation. Take your butthurt and immaturity elsewhere.
Anzalone did ok at the Opening, not a standout for positive or negative reaons. I think Mitchell has a higher athletic ceiling but is not as polished of a LBer at the moment.
Lewis vs Neal. I was never a mammoth Neal fan, but I'm also not a mammoth Lewis fan. It's a wash in my opinion. Both play that hybrid role but will both need a bunch of coaching and probably won't be able to contribute right away. Think Grant without as high of a ceiling.
Cause I couldn't go for three
@Rampage - not sure who you're talking to but my comment was simply stating that having the 2 LB prospects that we may get would take the sting out of the decommits we had at that position. I'm fan of AAs & would have loved him here but after seeing tape on Mitchell & the SPARQ numbers, I would be very happy seeing him at OSU. Serious potential there. On Lewis - from what I know and have seen - I like him at least as much as Neal. No butthurt here brother. Actually - reading the comments I don't see anyone trashing anyone at all.

I agree with toxicnuts. Lost two good ones and gained two good ones. AA has a lot of skill and the one thing I thought he was very weak at is something that can be coached. I thought AA's tackling wasn't with very good form and wouldn't be as effective at the collegiate level. That isn't saying that he won't be phenomenal elsewhere.
I don't always take names when I kick ass but when I do, they most often belong to a Wolverine.
A database in on the way...for football and basketball....we'll one-up a database and have an entire recruiting section of this site for you all to go to in the hopefully near future...not about getting it out fast, about getting it out right for all of you
but NLOI day is so close! lol
Cant wait for the new section. Thanks again for doing that.
I know there's a game saturday, and my ass will be there.
@Rampage In rerouting you win some you lose some. When you lose it's no hurt feelings you just move on to the next prospect. AA will not be a member of The Ohio State University which is cool with me I just don't see the need to always bring his name up. We sure don't bring up the name Lewis Neal like we do AA and there are tons of kids that commit and then decommit all the time so why are we giving this kid more attention then them. Now I do agree with you on they idea of being happy AA decommited that's ridiculous I would love to have them both, but we won't. You don't have to take shots we are all buckeye fans here to say some one is butt hurt??? no not at all just moved on I hope the kid becomes a star and wish him well .

Rampage, I recall several O Line recruits saying Tyquan Lewis was the most impressive D Lineman at one of tOSU's June camps.
@BassPlayer did you see the highlight of Lewis Knocking the kids Helmet off ..... the kid is a beast he's a must have for me in this class.
Hardly home but always reppin
Blaze, no, I haven't seen that. Do you have a link to that film?
@bassplayer search his name on Youtube.
