I think his biological father passed away, Ted S. died last week.

My friend lost his dad last week and he was only 40 something... It was a random heart attack.

If I remember correctly, his dad has been sick and I believe in a wheelchair for many years. 

Man, gotta feel bad for the TP.

If I recall, his Dad had some kind of auto-immune disorder.

I do feel for the guy too...I know what it's like to go through two losses within a such a short time frame.  My condolences.
