Severe Thunderstorms

Had some severe thunderstorms pass through my area had a mini like tornado hit my neighborhood. Power lines are down causing me to have no electricity not sure when my power will be back up but I will have to stay possibly a few nights at a hotel due to the downed powerlines. It is not safe to be here. As a result, I'm not sure if I will be on 11W for awhile. This bums me out but stuff like this happens and it's unfortunate that it happened to Northwest Ohio. I will check up on the site via mobile phone to see if any news breaks or to leave any comments but not sure if the daily bits post will be around but I will do my best for you guys and gals. For anyone else residing in Northwest Ohio I hope you are all safe and sound.

Take care Sir. I live in Pittsburgh Right now, but I am trying back to be with family this weekend in Ohio. Not really excited to see what happened, if anything. Hope all is well.

I was tent camping on Middles Bass Island the past 2 nights.... between the heat and the storms (lightning and rain) pretty sure the first 3 weeks of summer have been intense.

my fence blew down, and have hail damage all over my car, other than that i didnt get it 2 bad, hope everything turns out ok gene

After 7 days and 7 nights of hell, my power came back on last night. Losses:

Contents of 2 freezers and 2 fridges---around $2,000.

$800 for meter setting and stack that ripped off the house.

Desktop is fried---$???

Unfortunatly there was one death in Springfield Twonship where my parents live. A man was killed when a tree was uprooted and landed on his truck with him still being inside. Much of the village of Holland looked like a warzone.
