Yes, I know this is not what really matters today, but I have a question that I'm wondering if anybody can answer.
There is a rumor that PSU players on scholarship that transfer will not be counted by the NCAA against the school to which they transfer's limit. If this is true, would this mean that OSU can effectively ignore the scholarship reduction penalty on us by getting an equivalent number of transfer from PSU?
Not saying this is desirable or that there are players we want to get, just asking more as a hypothetical.
Thanks

The transfer rule is that if you take one in 2012, it subtracts one for 2013. So if we took Redd, we would lose a 2013 scholarship. That's my understanding of what many have said on Twitter.
Urbz, I've posted links from the NCAA stating as much in a couple different threads...
Fox Sports said something that like 10 people retweed a couple of minutes ago. Sorry, I don't read every thread and was just answering his question.
