I've looked through tons of records from this weekend. Nothing. He did have a failure to control issue in June, but that was it.
I wasn't aware Derrick Green could have helped out this season.

Obviously he can't, but Dunn's name (being a power back) was mentioned as part of the reason why Green wasn't an important enough need (w/ limited schollies) to continue to pursue.

Well, one thing's for sure -- if he ends up in trouble with the staff Rod Smith has absolutely zero excuses if he ends up transferring. Been given multiple opportunities. :)

FWIW- Jonathan Thoma just tweeted this, "Heard from someone back home that the Dunn weekend arrest is real. Couldn't say anything else, but doesn't look like the June arrest is all."
We'll see what comes out tomorrow...I tend to think it's not too big of a deal...I hope.

Does everyone forget we have this other guy named Carlos Hyde. He is a pretty good RB also. Not sure who thinks Rod Smith would see the bulk of carries if Dunn is gone also.

Meyer had said after spring ball that the pecking order at RB is Hall / Hyde / Smith / Dunn.
So I would imagine Smith is primed for some opportunity to show that he can hang on to the ball.
Also I've seen TOS that it's weed as Crusher mentioned...Urbs has said that's something you get in big trouble for on his teams.
Watch out for Warren Ball I work with his Dad great kid very talented ...btw not writing off Dunn I hope this is a major overreaction just always been bias towards Ball

There is a significant difference between being "cited" and being arrested. Dunn was cited for marijuana paraphernelia.
Also don't understand the quotes around the word reportedly. It was reported. There is no disputing that.

Taken at the Barbecue at the Big House over the weekend. It's actually a first look at Michigan's road white jerseys with the B1G logo affixed. 27 is Green's Richmond (VA) Hermitage number.
I actually hadn't noticed the jorts. There are very, very few people who can pull off jorts. Derrick Green and, uh, Kate Upton are the only two I can think of.

^^Kate Upton is a Michigan girl I think (very sad devlopment if true). The only time I could stomach the jorts and Michigan uni though would be on Kate Upton's body. Other than that, it's a no.

M Man - Do you have any info as far as when Green is wanting to make a decision and if he wants to take officials and all that? If so, I assume UM will get one.
RE: Green -- The Michigan Twittersphere went nuts over the weekend, expecting a Green commitment. A lot of people went out on a limb, practically guaranteeing it. Not just an eventual commitment, but a commitment that day. Didn't happen, obviously. By all accounts, Michigan is very strong with both Green and Treadwell, and by all accounts we have two scholarships in hand for both of them. Getting them both should be no surprise but since this is recruiting, there will always be surprises. I think that both Green and Treadwell are both determined to not rush their recruitment and at this point I think that both have been told straight up that scholarships will be held for them until they are ready, whenever, which is a notable difference from the monumental (and early) haul of 2013 OL's and LB's, all of whom stampeded to get in to Michigan because there was competition for spots all the way.
RE: Kate Upton -- Yes, she's from a Michigan family. Her uncle is Rep. Fred Upton (R-MI) who is the Chairman of the super-powerful House Energy and Commerce Committee. Fred was a sports editor at The Michigan Daily. The Upton family are heirs to one of the co-founders of the Whirlpool corporation. Lots of Uptons at Michigan (more than I know or could count) and Kate says she was taken to lots of games and tailgates, and indoctrinated at an early age.
^There you have it. Even Michigan can produce a diamond in the rough every now and then ;) I'd like to thank the state of Michigan for Kate Upton! And for anything else that helped in the creation of her, namely her parents.
All joking aside, glad to see opposing viewpoints (i.e. M Man) can live on 11W in peace and share information and opinions. Valuable insight. As long as you can take some occasional needling!
P.S. - I really hope UM doesn't pull in Green. REALLY hope. But if it happens, you guys pulled in a very BIG fish!
