If Penn St. fans don't quite crying about the Joe Pa statue coming down then it should be allowed to go back up IF they agree to re-name the stadium to Bieber Stadium, so they can keep their memory of Joe Pa and the rest of us can be reminded of a young boy every time we see that place.
