I wonder how Barker, Henderson, etc. will feel about this since they were told no offers until the Fall.. Is that why you think non-commitable?

I was told no offers out to 2014 QB's til fall. So I would assume non-commitable as well.
And that would indicate Barker not getting offered at FNL.
