Not a VIP but saw an article title over on TOS that OSU has a very good chance of landing Hill. I knew we were always in it, but never knew how real of a shot we had. Anyone have any info? Did the visit go that well that he's a big buckeye lean or is it just bucknuts being bucknuts?

Mike Farrell of rivals tweeted that Michael Hill really likes OSU. I wouldn't be shocked
Does anyone know when he plans to announce? I'm not SUPER excited about him because our D-line is so stacked but he is a great player and could only add to the depth.

We're stacked at DE, but not too much at DT, we could use another good hole plugger.

^ Thats the reason I'm still excited about him, being a DT. If he was a DE, no matter the talent (unless obviously better than Bosa), I wouldn't want him filling a scholarship.

Gimme Hill, Gibson, Foster, Peterson, Bell, and then either Green/quick and either Rodgers/Johnson. That would but us at a pretty solid 18 man class

Michael Hill has had OSU first on his list for a long time now. Can't see why the visit would hurt; Hill probably is even a greater Buckeye lean after the visit.

I thought we had some depth at DT but looking at the roster we really only have Hale,bennett,hankins as true DT's on the roster right now. With price coming in, getting another DT in this class would probably be a good idea. Although we have a few guys that got much bigger like kenny hayes he is listed at 6'5 285 thats a big dude, and also cris carter might move to DT. I think next year meyer needs to get 4 OL and 4 DL to get some good depth at both positions.
^^ Don't forget Schutt. But honestly, I like Hill better than all of them except Hankins.
Don't sleep on Bennet, kid looks like he could be real good soon
Bennett is going to be a monster, and by the time Chris Carter is a senior, he'll be very good at eating up double teams.
I wouldn't cheer for Michigan if they were playing the Taliban.
I also feel Bennet is going to be very good for OSU...be really nice to add another quality piece for the future and Hill seems like a great get.
Vrabel is a beast mode recruiter.
I'm confused with Bennett... I've seen him at end and tackle. Where does he stay?
I'd say he ends up wherever they need him. If Hankins stays next year, theres a good chance Bennet moves around between the two. Vrabel likes to shuffle the guys, which I think is great. If you move guys around and find a mismatch, you can exploit it
Hill must have a good head on his shoulders... wanting to get out of the dirty South and all.
I like bennett a lot also, Hale I think is a good player as well. But bennett and hale will be Juniors by the time this next class comes in. So I would think getting some more DT's would be something they need to get in this class and in 2014. BUt if hankins stays we will have a stacked DT position, and on the DL overall.
