Darron Lee just spoke to the coaching staff and they said that they would have a final answer for him tomorrow, either way. He feels good about his chances of landing that offer and if he does it seems from talking to him that there is a good chance he could become commit number 13. Tomorrow is a big day.

Yeah I think Fickell, Withers, and Coombs are pushing for the offer...it's up to Urban to pull the trigger

waiting on vonn bell? or deciding between lee and baker? if they are that close and an offer is going out for sure, I'd like the ohio kid to get the offer.

Lee is listed as an Athlete, what position is the staff looking at for him?

Vonn Bell has a place in this class no matter what....Lee is being recruited as an ATH that could end up at S, Star, WR, or even OLB.....Lee and Baker play two different positions as Baker is a CB/WR....it's not one or the other...it could be both or it could be one or it could be neither....not related though

Alex do you think a Lee offer would have any impact on Vonn Bell's interest in Ohio State? I know they were childhood friends before Lee moved to Ohio.

Alex, I know this has probably been asked before but there seems to be some uncertainty with the answer...how much room do we have left in the class?

Say both Lee and Baker get the offers and are Buckeyes. Then we're at 14, still needing at least 1-2 more OL, probably 2-3 WR, possibly Bell, a LB, maybe Green or Mizzell.

You've got to think that if Baker and Lee get the offers, with some of the elite talent we're in the running for (Bell, Quick, Foster, etc) that the staff thinks we can hit 20 schollys or higher.

Right now we have 16 available scholarships, so 4 available currently. I don't see it getting higher than 20 at this point but we'll wait to see how the season goes. A lot can happen.

It'd be sweet to get another commit soon. Wasn't Shelton Gibson supposed to announce on the 20th? What ever happened with that?

Ethan: there was a thread on here somewhere. Alex indicated there might be grade issues that the staff is worried about and basically told him to wait to commit.
