I know times are changing but does anybody else find it odd that Frank Epitropoulos # is 33? Isn't he listed as a WR/Punter? Or did something change and I just missed it.
I remember reading somehwere that Adam was approached about wearing #45 even though it is retired. He seemed to appreciate the gesture, but wanted to sort of blaze his own trail. He settled on #9 because it's the sum of his dad's old #.
That makes total sense Jignswig...my question is now is how do you have 2 players on defense with the same #? I'm guessing that one of them will change and come to think of it since Posey left I don't think we have a #8 on the team so I'm suprised Spence didn't take that.
Lawdog - you can have two players have the same number as long as one plays offense and the other plays defense. Southward is a WR and Spence is a DE if that is what you are wondering about.
Reeves: #24
Spence: #8
Southward: #8
Marcus: #34
Perkins: #25
Epitropoulos: #33
Ball: #28
Murray: #18
Schutt: #90
Williams: #5
That's all I know.
good start
Jerry Emig says pics of all of them will be up soon.

It's the # his dad wore.
Well that's good enough for me. Thx Urbz!
Spence is 8? That seems like an strange DL number.
Spence was #8 in H.S....might be as close as he can get to that.
but on a side note wasn't Adam Griffin #9? I wonder if he is changing #'s then. I think he should go to 45 anyways.

Spence did take #8...also, lower numbers is becoming a popular trend for defensive ends...Dunlap, MSU's Gholston, etc
Adolphus Washington #92
