Reading this, I think he's leaving the door open for some sort of reconnection later on in life for tressel to become a part of osu again. Would we think it's a good idea to have him become an AD or assistant AD, or something along those lines? Obviously the butthurt from that would be tremendous, but tressel's personality is well suited for a bureaucratic job like AD. I'm not suggesting it, but I'm just curious as to what you all think. If not AD, what capacity do you think he could be a part of the school? Maybe come back and teach a history class or something?
I can't see an offer being made to him for an AD position. I really don't see him coming back to OSU in any sort of formal capacity in the future. Maybe in ten years or so he'll be invited back to dot the I or be recognized or whatever, but I doubt much else.
By the time Tressel comes back to OSU, he will be too old to hold any formal position with the university. Like TENN said, Tressel will come back to dot the i or something along those lines.

@carolinabuckeye, you're right, i absoutely did that. I was going to comment on your thread, but it was unrelated enough that it would have taken away from the discussion already going on. I probably should have given you credit for the quote, but theres no need to come after me so aggressively. It was a public article, and copying and pasting your quote was simply much easier. Its not like I stole your ideas, I just didn't want to go through the work of copying and pasting directly from the article. Im going to create another tressel thread just to see some of ur hilarious reactions to it haha j/k. I have been coming on 11W only for like 6 months or so but created an account like 2 weeks ago hoping to talk OSU with other people who love the Buckeyes like I do but I didnt know it was gunna be like Youtube. People are the same no matter where u go, even when ur with people who have the exact same passion.

That wasn't malicious at all, I was making a dry comment about the fact that everywhere you go on the internet has the same kind of weird confrontational people who can be such because they hide behind their computers. @Buck I.8, finals are pretty much making me hate everyone in the world. one of the few advantages of semesters are that wel'll only have to deal with this nonsense twice a year.
