Just posted today, but Laquon Treadwell is looking to speed up his timeline considerably. He went from wanting to take all his officials to itching to commit sooner rather than later. He has also talked about getting back out to AA in the next few weekends. Is he out of the picture completely? I know Urban was higher on a couple other receivers, but I think they would take Treadwell without hesitation if he wanted to commit.

Thoughts? I assume UM would save him a spot until NSD, so why the early commitment? I was hoping for a late decision (like many WR) to have a chance to get Meyer into his ear more.
I never thought we had a chance with Treadwell in the first place and him wanting to commit sooner than later certainly bodes well for Mich (who has obviously been his lean since day one).
And I've read in several articles that Mich has a spot saved for him no matter what. He's their #1 guy.

That's what I thought too. But I remember reading that he spoke to whoever at Michigan who is recruiting him and they said he has a spot saved no matter what. If anything, I'd think that would encourage him to relax and enjoy the process.
Would love to have the guy but after reading his comments here and other places, I get the feeling he's enjoying the recruiting process. (which is what I would do)
He'd definitely be awesome to have but I think he's all blue.
