Scout$--Thomas Firmly Committed to UM (Part 2)
- Dymonte says he is 100% Michigan and Coach Meyer is still trying to sway him. He also says Brionte Dunn will support his decision and that they are true family...but then says he plans to shatter Dunn's helmet and put him in the hospital.

Please let him go Urban. You came into that party too late. We do not need him. We know it is a great temptation and the competitive edge in you says to try to win this one but your hands are tied. You jumped into the race too late. Please go get Vonn Bell. He is as good as they get and will be the piece of the defense we need to dominate the world. Oh and grab Jaylon Smith and the domination will virtually be a lock. All the rest is in place.
Also think Thomas will add drama to this scenario as long as possible. I think he will say Urban is still working him even if it has long passed. Makes a teenager feel very important and the chaser seem desperate.
I find it strange that they are considered "true family", yet he wants to shatter his helmet and put him in the hospital. I have 2 older brothers, and I like nothing more than to kick their ass at anything and everything, but never once in my life have I wished harm to any of them.
Awesome. Players wanting to inflict life threatening injuries on each other. Head injuries are no joke. What a classy move by Thomas.
I'm not sure which UM commit I'll be happier to see lose after all of this trash talking. I don't see OSU commits anywhere even remotely close to what Morris, Thomas, and friends have been saying.
That's not feeding the rivalry, that's just something you don't say.
well Shane Morris wont have legs or a torso after he has to deal with Spence, Washington, Schutt, Pittman, and Bosa....o yeah, our LBs can hit, and if thats not enough...Doran Grant will clean up the rest
Let them keep talking, we'll see who inflicts the most pain in November. That scoreboard is going to be a beautiful site. Other teams don't like Urban when he's happy, they'll really hate him when he's mad and from what I see 2 other coaches have angered him and I'm sure he doesn't appreciate the Michigan players/recruits running their yaps.
Keep on barking.

@British Thomas sure is crossing lines with his trash talk, what with his talk of cracking helmets and putting Dunn in the hospital. SOOO much worse than saying Morris will be dismembered following his meet and greet with your D. Hypocracy at its finest. Stay classy my friends...
Facts about The University of Michigan: Our coach is fat, our girls are plain, our campus is uncomfortably close to Detroit...Tell me something I don't know, then super size my fries for me
All fans will talk. That's no worse than Michigan fans hoping Dunn tears his ACL. Our point is that you don't see Buckeye players making statements like this. all fan bases have guys like that, but for a player (or a number of them in this case) is pretty classless
Sorry Urban, Woody is still my favorite
do we need to remind michigan fans about "their boy" pimpkins comments as well????
He is a "pimp" but it's Pipkins...
Classic overreaction. He doesn't really mean he wants to hurt Dunn; just get the best of him. I think you guys all have Dymonte wrong. He's not an attention whore. He's pretty quiet compared to a lot of these kids.
And before you guys go calling for players' heads, according to past players, The Game is one of the cleanest rivalry games played.
Those who stay will be CHAMPIONS!

I look forward to Quick Bits every day @GSW! Thanks for keeping us in the loop.
F#@k Michigan.
pipkins...pimpkins...whatever

GSW: "He plans to shatter Dunn's helmet and put him in the hospital."
Sorry, but that's as low as it goes. He should be suspended before getting to UM just for that comment after all of the new rules in the NFL and CFB for protecting players.
They are cousins and close friends and I think it is safe to say that the comment was a verbal slap on the but that if said about any other Buckeye player other than Dunn would be a dirty low blow. Don't over-react and post it on your chat boards because these guys are practically brothers.
Who cares what he said? If it's an issue to anyone, it'll be Dunn, who will use it as motivation to truck Thomas in two or three years. Let kids talk shit, football is an aggressive game.
Okay - so let's chalk it up to a kid being a flat out moron for saying something he "didn't really mean". I don't joke about putting my brothers in hospitals.
shit talking..........yawn
vacuuming sucks
proudtobescum should be banned... I find his comment offensive and overall just pisses me off.... dont be an elitist; furthermore, if you dont have anything relevant to say other than calling people hypocrites go to another site
mark may wins douchebag of the year... again
scUm........ No me gusta
oh man, when did society become so soft. I am sure he was just kidding, the two are family. If Brionte Dunn does not mind the shit talking none of you should. After all, I read a tweet a few days ago saying Dunn had just walked into Thomas's house with all his buckeye stuff on. So, I do not think he is taking it too personal.
Like Hail said, he is one of the most quiet commits and is not someone who brings attention to himself.
He should be suspended before he gets to UM? lol what a joke and stop bringing up guys who have not even stepped on campus. After hoke got a hold of Pipkins the talking stopped and he deactivated his twitter for a while and has not said anything since that. Shane Morris does not say anything close to the things Bosa has said and you know what, I do not care what Bosa says because he does not know better yet, until he reaches on campus. It is the Terry Glenn's and David Boston's of the rivalry that I have problems with, that say something stupid the week of THE GAME.
Heheh, you know Rational, I don't think you were all that upset following the aftermath of their remarks...same reason you'll never find a Buckeye fan that's all that bothered by Mike Hart. Contrary to Teddy Roosevelt's advice, these guys spoke loudly and carried small sticks...
@Hodge: The fans should never be upset, because whatever the words may do to us, it has no impact on the game. I do believe Terry Glenn pissed off a lot of Michigan players and that did give them the extra bit of motivation. Athletes always look for something extra to motivate them. Then David Boston called out Charles Woodson, which was dumb and made Woodson play out of his mind that day.
All in all what players say in May is stupid, especially KIDS who are not even on campus and not even seniors in high school. Scientifically proven, these kids brains have not even matured to their full capacity, so let's take it easy on what Juniors in High School say.
I don't care what they say in high school, kids will be kids. Some smarter than others, but kids nonetheless. Can't imagine Dymonte was being serious about Bri'onte; not that funny in my book, but I don't know his tone either. I agree on the bulletin board material, though. I think it went a long way towards the vitriol in the UM-MSU rivalry, as well. Smack talk happens all the time. And as far as I've read, Dymonte and Bri'onte just screw around. Kid should be careful of what he says to whom, though; sarcastic intent doesn't translate well to print.
@ratfan what did Bosa say?
O H I O is the Buckeye State
if kids in high school are talking trash w/o their brains being fully developed, what did that say about that loud mouth Mike Hart, who was quick to run his trap, yet couldn't do anything to back it up....
@UrbzRenewal et al. - Thomas's comment was hyperbole. When people say they're going to mop the floor with someone, do you expect them to be literally dunked into a bucket, wrung out, swabbed across a dirty floor, and then have the process repeated?
If Thomas pulled a William Gholston on Brionte in-game, any Michigan fans would be just as pissed off as OSU fans - and frankly, so would Hoke and Mattison. In the meantime, it's a kid talking about his cousin - I wouldn't take it seriously.
