Damn! I wanted this guy ... I really think he is going to be a player ... Kinda reminds me of Warren Sapp ... I hate letting a good player go that actually wants to commit ... Instead of chasing others that have de-committed ...
I think missing out on him is a shame. I love our DE's, but feel we'll need another big space eater, and he can move really well for a big guy. Go to UVA!

@Teddyheisman ... Haven't we learned our lesson w/the whole Heuerman/McNeil situation ... Give me the guy thats ready to commit instead of the one that riding this thing out especially when there isn't much difference in the talent/skill level ...
Do we actually need another DT tho, we have Price, Cris carter his moving to DT, we have a lot of DT's on our roster. I also don't know much about this kid so he could be a monster but it seems like we have more pressing needs then a DT.
I saw on TOS that shelton gibson tried to commit a little while back and the staff didn't take it. Basically the same goes for Hurst and Josh Mcneil.. Not sure if this is true or if any had heard but I always was under the impression Gibson was a lock? Anyone have any input?
No way we turn away Gibson unless 2 of Quick, Treadwell, and Foster were 100% locks. I find that very hard to believe

I find it hard to believe too. Shelton Gibson was Urban Meyer's first offer for 2013. Definitely wants the kid.
Could've told him ot commit in the summer to spread our commitments out a little bit. Urban Meyer does have a degree in psychology after all.
The UVA camp seems to think he's all Blue and could commit on his upcoming visit.
Isn't Gibson committing on the 20th of June?

@hail yes thats when he is announcing, have heard a few off rumors about other schools getting back in to the fold. So heres to hoping that its a commitment.

@Hail, I think the UVA camp is thinking that because he is on record as saying that he hopes to like his Michigan visit enough to commit.
I think that would qualify Michigan as his leader.
