2014 DB Jabrill Peppers offered

Don Bosco transfer Jabrill Peppers was offered today. With offers from most other powers (ND, USC, LSU, UF, UM, etc.) , he looks to one of the top prospects for the 2014 class.

It seems at first glance not as loaded as this year in Ohio, but I think more stars will emerge. If not, Urban's national recruiting groundwork that was laid year might lose some of its negative implications amongst the 11w contingency.
