Sure, there is a lot of time for many teams to offer Raekwon, but the staff is building a relationship and showing interest early, and that can go a long way with some recruits.

My guess is Courtney Love..you can say I am wrong if not though Alex. Always appreciate the news.

Nothing against Love but I am hoping he will say it is not him and it ends up being Pocic as well. We need some great O-Lineman and he fits that bill. Only thing with Love is I am still holding out hope for Anzalone/Smith combo as slight as that is especially with Smith favoring Notre Dame it seems.

JT Barrett maybe? Just throwing a name out there. Or Derrick Green if he wants to get in this class before it fill up.

Other names could include Mike Heuereman or Josh McNeil, though McNeil said he was announcing in May.

Marcell Lazard also visited this past weekend and we haven't heard his reaction yet so that is a possibility.

Interesting.  E. Elliot said he thinks Anzalone will eventually commit.  Maybe Jaylon Smith wants to get in before it's too late?

I have to think it's Anzalone or Pocic based on some of the clue Alex has left (ie. having to talk to them tonight in one of his posts).  Although Alex have to say that's what makes me love this site, the fact you don't report something until it's 100% true is a journalistic integrity you don't see very often and I think I speak for every member when we say we appreciate it!

LB Jaylon Smith is the one who's committing... here's what I found..

Per Jay Parks - whoever that is, Jaylon Smith commits to Ohio State.

Jaylon is visiting ND Friday, apparently. 

He said it wasn't Courtney Love already. Doesn't seem like Smith because he loves Notre Dame and visiting them again Friday. Anzalone has a ton of visits still lined up and currently on visits as of now. Don't see Barrett commiting to anyone yet so most likely would be Pocic if anyone.

Some people like to follow through on a commitment.  He may be a silent commit and just wants to visit his number 2 choice just to be sure.  It doesn't make since for Smith in this situation, but in some cases recruits by plane tickets to visit a school and even though they are committing elsewhere, make the visit anyway.

Ty Isaac visiting USC is an example of this.  Most everybody (except Ty) thought he was going blue last time he visited, but since he already had purchased plane tickets, he made the trip.  Clearly, he hasn't committed yet (publicly), but the lock is close to latching.  Apparently LTT said he's hard at work recruiting a running back (Isaac), a WR (treadwell), and a LB (Gedeon?) and is confident they'll all commit to Michigan.  Now you can't believe everything these kids say, but if any of you have followed LTT's recruitment or read articles, he's about as genuine as they come.  Gedeon who many feel is a silent commit, [apparently] has a visit planned to Stanford. 

Take it all FWIW, but my (very long) point is that even if he is scheduled to visit and/or makes the visit, he still could be all Buckeye.

Hail I hope you are right and Smith is going to choose us but I just don't see it, at least not right now. The thing with Jaylon is he seems to love Manti Teo and talks about him all the time. He also mentioned recently that he wants to be the centerpiece of a defense. He is going to be a really good player but he won't be the person everyone talks about with Spence and Washington here at the same time. I can't name another guy on Notre Dame's defense usually besides Teo so if he goes there he feels he will be in line to take over for him after next season.

Never follow Jay Parks.. He broke Stefon Diggs to OSU (several times, even up to the minute of the decision) and Pocic to OSU this past weekend.

I'm just a fan and I'm just guessing based on what I've read.  I was talking to my buddy here at work about how early on he seemed to be all Buckeye.  Then he seemed to be really distant and all about ND.  Now after his visit, he seems to be high on OSU again.  With his brother here, I think it happens.  Either way, my post above is just saying don't count him out if he makes the visit to ND.

Thanks, guys.  I'm a member at Mgoblog but don't post there.  It's too political and if you're not in with all the "inside jokes and lingo," they neg you to death.  (most of) You guys are receptive to outsiders...Bucknuts, not so much.  Nobody's perfect.

@ Kareem,  I get your point as Hail seemed to go on a little bit about michigan to make his point, but he's usually a decent poster and has earned a little latitude.  Much prefer the tone on this board to some of the other sites, and would like to keep it this way.

Lets not all start debating if TSUN fans should be here and start a war.  As I have said before, most of the rival fans who post here add good thoughts and views to discussions.  Just ignore Kareem, its only going to fuel the fire.  The minimal amount of people like Kareem are what make this board much better than others!  We don't have many OSU fans who act like that, lets keep it that way.  That's the type of response I would expect from a post on a TSUN board.  Lets please show that we can be more civil!

Seems like crying to me.  I just said no one cares about the Michigan.  Not sure why a Michigan 'fan' would create an account and read/post stuff on an OSU webpage.  You wouldn't catch me on a Michigan website, hell, I don't even know if they have any or what they are if they do.  Never said he didn't make good points or anything.  But I suppose it's alright, just was confused why Michigan fans are even on here.

I don't even think the TSUN fans who post here would argue with that statement, however I don't think that is a fair comparison.  MGoBlog is more comparable to BuckNuts when it comes to the people posting on it.  I'm sure some of the TSUN fans on here could provide sites that wouldn't produce such hostility towards the enemy point of view/thoughts... assuming you keep your posts civil.

I tweeted at Jaylon Smith, hopefully he'll hit me back... I usually have good look when tweeting at OSU recruits and current players.  I like to say I had a part in landing LB Curtis Grant last year haha.  I'll work my magic some more.

Did anyone else see LB David Perkins tweet how he ran a 4.22 40 a few weeks back at track practice???  Damn, if we get Smith who is a 4.4 guy, Shazier is a 4.4/4.5, Our LBs will be beastly and fast as hell.  Urban's already bringing that SEC caliber speed to our D, Can't wait to see how good they'll be in a few years, I think we need to lock down some top Safties tho to complete the whole process.  I definitely want to see more offensive playmakers sign the dotted line soon, we could use some really good WRs... Hopefully it's Foster and a few other guys.
