They won't it is well known they want Rickerdson bad. THey are taking him, but rumors are that Tampa Bay might move up to 3 to get him. If that happens I think they take Blackmon, Clayboune is a possiblity to, but they don't need a CB honestly I would trade the pick if that happend maybe try and move back to 8-10 and take Floyd from ND. Blackmon isn't worth a top 5 pick. Browns could get Weden with their second 1st round pick tho, but I would be surprised.
@ALEXROOT Rickerdson? Don't you mean Richardson? and its Claiborne not Clayboune, not to mention it's Weeden not Weden. I am suprised you spelled Blackmon right.
Tannehill simply because I don't get the point of taking a guy thatll take 2-3 years to be a great qb if he becomes one, and then I only get like 4-5 years of him being great if he has no injury probs. I'm not high on Tannehill at all, but if I had to take one, I'll take him.
Given how the McCoy draft went and the condition of Cleveland's current roster, I doubt they'll take a QB prior to the third round (nor should they IMHO). Get some players, and win some games...by handing off to Richardson 25-30 times per game. Forget Tannehill. Forget Blackmon. Draft a difference-making RB to take pressure off the QBs you have and take advantage of this draft's depth at WR (yes, I realize they likely still won't have a "#1" WR, but you've got to take what you can get and keep building). WR, OL are deep...you need multiple of both...get 'em.
Neither is a "Franchise Quarterback", so....pass on both, stock up at other positions of need. Give McCoy a shot. Try and trade up next year to get Barkley.

From everything I'm hearing the Browns really do like Weeden. They may take him in the 2nd round. But, Weeden is 29 years old already. Whoever drafts him has to take his age into consideration. I personally think they need so many more pieces that taking another QB, especially one in the first couple of rounds would be foolish.
I think they have to get Richardson, they need a RB so bad. Would like to see them trade up for Floyd. He will be a star, better than Blackmon IMO. Better blocker, he's physical and the Browns need a physical playmaker. Greg Little will be a solid #2 guy. If they pick at 22, then I'd like to see them go O-line, or LB. Another rookie QB won't help, as bad as my Browns have been, Colt McCoy would be the last guy I'd point the finger at.
Kendall Wright IMO isn't worth a late 1st. If Kuechly fell in their laps at 22 they have to get him.
Theres a good book on the Browns draft history called "False start: how the Browns were set to fail" very good read if your a Cleveland fan.
Dustin Fox was our leading tackler as a corner.... because his guy always caught the ball.
Just saying...nobody really thought a lot about Andy Dalton...
Granted, Cincy needed a QB, Cleveland could use one, but I wouldn't really consider it a necessity. Remember, an elite running back is nice, but how far has Adrian Peterson taken the Vikings? Favre took them to that NFC title, not Peterson. Quarterbacks are worth their weight in gold in this league, and the feature back position is diminishing. I think Richardson is your best bet for the 1st round, but I wouldn't hesitate on pulling the trigger if the coaches believe in Wheedon.
I don't think there's a surefire franchise quarterback in this draft outside of Luck and RGIII. The Browns already have a mediocre quarterback in McCoy, why not make the rest of the team better with this draft? If they take Weedon, McCoy is done, IMO.

If I were the Browns, I wouldn't spend a pick on a QB...Luck is the only QB in the Draft (including RGIII) that I think has any chance of making a team great
I think a runningback will take a ton of pressure off McCoy, He had no chance last year because he had no help anywhere. Give him a RB to take some pressure off, If McCoy doesn't pan out, take Barkley or Landry Jones next year.
Dustin Fox was our leading tackler as a corner.... because his guy always caught the ball.
I think the browns better pick a QB. If anything, take one late like Russell Wilson or Kellen Moore. Even if you are not going to get a QB that would supplant McCoy, you need a decent backup to go with Seneca Wallace. Just relying on McCoy and Wallace would be a big mistake.
It is always wise for a GM to watch for talent to slip and some GMs believe it is wise to take a QB each year, even to develop. Your 3 options will be, "you just found the next Tom Brady", "you just found a future starter you can trade for higher picks like Kolb", or "you just wasted a late round pick which won't hurt you that much".
The Browns have the worst WR's in the league and maybe the worst RB's in the league. So I would be taking Blackmon. I wouldn't take Tanneyhill until atleast the 3rd round I don't care how good he looks on paper just watch the games he played in. I would take a chance on Weeden in the second round. But the Browns as all of Browns fans know need skill positions very bad.
I see alot of andy dalton in kellen moore fwiw. Both are extremely accurate and proven winners just a little undersized as far as height and arm strength....
Take Kalil with the 4th and solidify the O-line, with the 22nd pick take a WR such as Kendall Wright from Baylor, and then in ther 2nd round get Doug Martin from Boise. I'd also like to see the Browns take a shot at Lamichael James in the 3rd or 4th rounds.
Really hope the Browns the take Blackmon. They need a playmaker I think he is. That said if Trent Richardson is still around I think he's hard to pass on. If the Browns take a quarterback I would rather they waited, if she Tannehill falls to their 22 pick that another story might be a good pick then. But I think there is some depth at QB in this draft a guy like Kirk Cousins in the 2nd or 3rd round I think would be a better option. I really think they need to give McCoy another year to try to develop.
HATE the browns laugh when they pick one of those kids

Wheedon is way too old, and threw some bonehead INT's @ Okie St.
Tanneyhill, can you name one big game he ever won?
I'd rather see Cleveland take a flyer on Kellen Moore or Russell Wilson if either were available in the 3rd round.
I don't think there's a surefire franchise quarterback in this draft outside of Luck and RGIII. The Browns already have a mediocre quarterback in McCoy, why not make the rest of the team better with this draft? If they take Weedon, McCoy is done, IMO.

mark may wins douchebag of the year... again

@WILLIAM - I think Cincy's going to take a long hard look at both Wright at 21 and Martin in the 2nd round as well...

I also think that the RB from Washington, Chris Polk would be a good pick later instead of using the 4th on Richardson.
