Ohio State has offered Clarksville (TN) Northeast ATH Jalen Reeves-Maybin. I will try to catch up with him in the near future.

I'm thinking as an athelete... I don't see him competing for a QB spot... Possibly some inssurance if we strike out with Allen and/or Qucik

Wow, jack-of-all trades.

Jalen Reeves-Maybin had 85 solo tackles and 18 assists to go along with 10 forced fumbles this season playing linebacker. He rushed for 1,463 yards rushing and 1,267 yards passing with 46 touchdowns.

It looks like some schools are looking at him for offense (Georgia Tech for example). Any idea if he wants to play offense or defense in college?

Good Lord, the only position he didn't play was OL/DL. I'd call that God given talent, but I suspect He is up there going "... hey, wait a minute, where the heck is my...?"

I do have to ask though... Does anyone know about the level of competition? If he's only 6'1" and 210, then the linemen in these games can't average over 6'1" and 225. Don't get me wrong, I think he'd do great at the star, but it just doesn't appear to be elite competition.
