Evidently Hurst stated in an interview that "Everything was perfect" and that he was amazed at the size of the Spring Game crowd. Where does this put us as far as a committment? Is his offer a committable one?

imo he definitely has an OFFER... this is a top level DT prospect... add him and Bosa and be completely done with the d-line
Cause I couldn't go for three
Indeed. As everyone else has already noted, Maurice moves incredible well for someone his size:
"Most people do not know that when I was younger from first grade until about fifth grade I took tap dancing and I really believe that it helped me with my foot work on the football field."

Don't think he has an OFFER- Hurst was told that the staff is continuing to evaluate DL prospects. They'll take 1 more after Bosa but not sure who it will be at this point- could be Hurst but we'll see.
If you ain't a Silver Bullet, you're a target
Huh? They let Sprinkle commit but not Hurst?!...SMH!
Sprinkle is Urban's type of player. He'll be fine...
Those who stay wil be .......Diinner!!
Brady Joke
Agreed on his ability, I was very impressed by his film and would love to have him. I guess my main question was the status of the offer.
THIRDLEGLOUIE - if that is accurate, then it will be interesting to see how long they wait to pull the trigger on someone. IMO our biggest needs are WR and OL right now, but I am not feeling to comfortable with the OL recruiting at this point. Seems we've missed on far too many.
So, with Bosa and Neal in today, does that leave Hurst out? I stand by the big needs being WR and OL, but I'd hate to miss on this kid.
Hurst could still be in, Neal is looking like an OLB and Urban said he wanted one more DL after Bosa.
Favorite Buckeye: Obviously BJ Mullens
I really think we are done with the defensive line. After the Bosa and Neal commitments, we really are finished. Since we already have 13 commitments, I say we get about 18-19 recruits in end. Here are the last 6 I think we get:
Heuerman
Pocic
Gibson
Devon Allen
Bell
Quick
And one big name recruit that we will get down the stretch
If that's what we end with, I would be excstatic!! I'd love it if that last surprise was a stud OL like Tunsil.
We're not getting Tunsil. Not even close. It is an awesome thing to dream about, but his top 5 schools are SEC & either FSU or Oklahoma. He's not sniffing B1G country.
