Just spoke to Treadwell and will post my story tomorrow. Wanted to give you the gist of our convo though:
- Had a very busy day in which he met the coaching staff, got a tour of campus and the facilities, had lunch at Woody's Tavern (where one of our readers made his wings), got to sit in film study, watched spring practice, and got Urban's cell # before he left. This is an OFFER folks and a great job by the OSU staff on his first visit.
- Best part was meeting Urban and sitting in film study.
- Really like what OSU doing with offense and how they get WRs the ball to make plays
- Interest level definitely went up after the trip. He has no favorites right now. Will visit Oklahoma on Friday.
Stay tuned for the rest tomorrow afternoon!

Great info Alex!
I hope you asked how his wings were..... and mentioned to him that a reader made them, haha
Scum faithfull seem to think he is a Michigan lean. Where there's smoke there's fire? Or just another case of scum fans being pompous scum fans?

It'll be interesting to see who all ends up on the team at the WR position in this class. There have been more than a few twist and turns. Marshall, Gibson and one of North/Quick/Treadwell/Foster would get Urban his playmakers.
Treadwell seems like a good kid and hopefully this trip got him thinking
"Love my State, hate the football"
DubJay....I did mention it to him and he laughed and said they were awesome
story will be up around 2-3 PM tomorrow
If the staff has cooled on Foster, and I think they have, I would be happy with any combination of Marshall, Gibson, and either Treadwell, Quick, or Allen ( I think Allen's his name, the white boy with great speed and a killer hurdles time). All three look like top notch WR's in fact I like all 3 over Gibson and would like to see them take 2 of those 3. With the lack of playmakers I don't think it's out of the question to see Urban take 4 WR's if you're counting Marshall as a WR.
I do not think he is as much of a Michigan lean as he was a few months ago, and not because of his recent visit to Columbus. On another site, his tone was not all that assuring that it was a great visit. Just from what I read. But, I still believe he favors Michigan, Kind of disappointed he is not visiting for the Spring game. The longer this goes, I feel as if Michigan's chances diminish with him.
I feel Notre Dame has a great shot with him along with Oklahoma being a wild card with him.
He mentioned the wide recievers, "block a lot" in an interview. A top 5 wide reciever does not want to go to an offense that has recievers block a lot.
I had no idea there was so much pressure on my culinary skills when I made those wings
His recruiting rests on your culinary skills, clearly. ;)
Looks like 11W should hire me, regardless of my lack of degree haha
