I don't make a habit out of following OSU football players, but I have been following Cam Burrows since his commitment. Tonight he tweets that there was talk of him decommitting. He also referenced that he doesn't like recruits that thing they are going to be handed a starting spot rather than competing for one. Also tweeted he doesn't like softness.
Anyways, I have no idea what all of the tweets are even about? Can someone (maybe Alex) enlighten me and others here on what's going on with Burrows' tweets tonight? Might be much ado about nothing but I just found it out of the blue. Thanks guys
Cam said he only said he wasnt decommitting because he had heard some reporters were claiming he was...Cam's as all buckeye as anyone in this class, no worries on this guy.

That's kinda what I thought too. I thought he was as solid as anyone. Seems ALL BUCKEYE to me. I just don't get where all of this came from or which reporter decided to be a dumb@$$?

There is no substance to these tweets. Just vague-subtweeting. You don't need Alex to tell you that. If Cam was considering transferring, why would he but hardcore recruiting players to join him?
Cam has been the best recruiting commit for tOSU since he came aboard. Cant tell him enough how glad I am he is a Buckeye! We love ya Cam
I think he's talking about Heuerman.... Everyone thought he commited on his visit and had probably told the guys he was gonna go public now he's backing off since Miami Fl spent all day at his school trying to get him to rethink it... and I think its working.

There's a chance (slim) both Roby and Howard are gone after this year, then you have Grant and Reeves Burrows and Woodard for at least 2 spots (3 in the nickel). Burrows doesn't seem the type to worry about competition but he seems to have a good shot to get a lot of playing time early since he's a top 5 CB across the board

@Recruitbuck, maybe, but he's a smart enough kid to know that looking at the order of arrival doesn't set the depth chart. Also, Cam is smarter than to alienate someone making their decision this week
It's not Heuerman.....but I don't think there's much to see here...trust me though, Mike Heuerman isn't scared of competition
@Irricoir, Travis Howard played during the spring game. I think he may have been on Thomas' team, though. For the portions of the game that I watched on BTN, Roby was shadowing Thomas (and got called for obvious PI on one play).
Thomas and Ty Williams showed why it will be a bright spot in our corps with the tall recievers. They didn't break away, they didn't run track meet routes, but they were big, physically demanding guys, and Thomas should the smaller Roby some physicality that he probably wasn't used to.
What if this is true and McCray is getting in his ear along with the other scUM recruits. You never know with these kids.
Burrows is as much of a buckeye as you will ever find. The way he interacts with the fans, fellow commits, guys who are already on the team and actively pursuing anyone who is currently uncommitted in this class. You don't get much more committed to this team and university than he is.
dont understand how this could possibly be anything considering the spring game was a few days ago, and 2 ESPNU 150 players committed, none of which are at his position...If he is wavering then itd be a big shock and all of this build up for fan support that he has done would have been a complete waste

Said reporter picked the wrong tree to bark up with this one. a blind man could smell burrows love for ohio state.
^^^ Although it might just be legend, I've heard that the other senses grow more accute when a man has lost his vision.
@BUCKSANITY - Burrows was trolling and pranking McCray just last week. I wouldn't worry about McCray.
