As long as he is comfortbale I could care less...does it look weird? sure, but if he is comfortbale playing with it and holding the ball (carrying on runs) with it than I am happy

To any of us that have played football or watched a lot of it, it doesn't look weird at all. A lot of QBs, especially QBs with a tendency to scramble or run, do this.

I dont know why you would wear a glove either but see the picture above along with Kurt Warner. He was actually better wearing it (on both hands.)
With a lot of the new gloves that are out, you are getting a better grip on the ball. When its on the non throwing hand, QB's wear it to increase their grip when they take a snap under center. It also gives them added control when they take snaps out of the shot gun. Some guys won't use it to throw a better ball (I think Brady's done it a few times) but most will do it on their off hand for better handling to get the ball from the center to the throwing hand faster\without slipping.
