PHONE'S RINGING -- IT'S URBAN ON THE LINE
He needs to get rid of that glove on his non throwing hand. It looks wierd.
"YOLO" = I'm about to do something extremely ignorant/stupid & I need an excuse to do it.
What's so bad about that?
I wouldn't cheer for Michigan if they were playing the Taliban.
If it helps him secure the ball when he is running with it I for one think its a good idea no matter what it looks like.
I think all decisions should be made for aesthetic reasons and not football reasons. Let Glovegate 2k12 wash over us all.
See, I hear that he got a new tattoo on his hand. He tattooed 3 big Ten championship rings on his index, middle, and pinky fingers. Now I'm aware that Miller can (and will) only with 2 Big Ten Championship rings, on account of this year being banned from the posties, but the center of the first ring is an asterisk and lower on his hand, closer to the wrist, he tattooed the following...
*-Commemorating 2012's perfect season
Naturally he didn't pay for these tattoos so he is wearing a glove to cover it up. Expect a story from Yahoo within a few months. And expect an SBB piece within seconds as soon as he reads this.
At least I'll be a "Sources" now!
4-6 seconds from point A to point B and when you get to point B, be pissed off

Saw the picture...didn't see the problem...
He only makes half a block O when he puts his hands together....would that constitute as unsportsmanlike conduct?
AHHH HAHAHAHAHAHA!! Well played Is it Saturday
Heisman winner RG3 wears a glove I believe
Sorry Urban, Woody is still my favorite
I'm sure if he needs a fashion consultant he won't hesitate to come here for advice..
He wore that throughout the last part of last season. I didn't see a problem with it.
October 20th: National Kenneth Guiton Day
I know someone that would have a problem with this, but seriously what does it matter?
honestly if he takes care of business on the field I don't care if he wears a pink tutu under his uniform.
Im fine with the glove. not sure about a pink tutu tho
O H I O is the Buckeye State
As long as he is comfortbale I could care less...does it look weird? sure, but if he is comfortbale playing with it and holding the ball (carrying on runs) with it than I am happy
Tim Gunn is a buckeye fan? Who knew?
If Denard Robinson isn't careful with spooning all that food into his mouth, he's going to end up lookin' like Whoopi Goldberg
To any of us that have played football or watched a lot of it, it doesn't look weird at all. A lot of QBs, especially QBs with a tendency to scramble or run, do this.
^^^Agreed^^^ Just don't like when they have the glove on their throwing hand too. Like you said its NOTHING weird about him wearing the glove.
I dont know why you would wear a glove either but see the picture above along with Kurt Warner. He was actually better wearing it (on both hands.)
With a lot of the new gloves that are out, you are getting a better grip on the ball. When its on the non throwing hand, QB's wear it to increase their grip when they take a snap under center. It also gives them added control when they take snaps out of the shot gun. Some guys won't use it to throw a better ball (I think Brady's done it a few times) but most will do it on their off hand for better handling to get the ball from the center to the throwing hand faster\without slipping.
Seriously? We're talking about Braxton wearing gloves and looking "weird"?
Meanwhile, the football season can't get here fast enough...
