I would like it. He can recruit pretty damn well.
Think he's another guy built to be an assistant coach as opposed to a head coach. Think it would be a good hire. Great recruiter.
Anyone else hearing this? Zook scares me from how he bombed as a head coach, but everyone says he can recruit. He is an Ohio guy too.

Would be quite funny if he came and worked for the guy that replaced him at Florida. But it would be a good hire.

I'd take Zook. DBs are his bread and butter and the man can recruit.
Now, seeing Zook and Meyer on the same sideline may cause Spencer Hall's head to explode, but that's a different matter.
Ohio guy, check. DBs, check. Recruits well, check.
Where'd you see that? I would take Zook as CB coach in two seconds

This is the only one I could go back to find, but I saw this about 3 times on twitter and I'm trying to confirm.
I would love to see Zook as our DB coach. He's a great recruiter and an Ohio guy. Some of the best coordinators in CFB and the NFL just don't make great head coaches. (Dick Lebeau, Ray Rhodes). Let's be honest, how hard is it going to be to coach the likes of Burrows, Reeves, Grant and Woodard?
Don't rely on experto, the guy has zero credibility. There's a reason there is a thread asking why hasn't experto been banned.
Seeing the BlockONation tweets has infinitely more credibility than experto.
My guess is that experto just saw the BlockONation tweet.

Zook would be an excellent addition. Ohio guy, excellent recruiter and would lend a ton of insight to opposing B1G teams we're facing. I'm sure his ego would be bruised but let's face it Ron, you haven't lit up the scorboard as a head coach.
I would feel better about a Ron Zook hire than I did a Bill Sheridan hire. His insight in the B1G would be a plus. Hope it happens.
If true, the only downside would be it might give some credibility to Experto, a losing bargain. Besides that, it would be a great hire.

Zook would be a tremendous hire!! Lets hope this is true!! Urban and Zook recruiting for the same team??? Man thats insane!

Zook would be a great hire like everyone else said he's a hell of a recruiter and could give Meyer and the defense some good insight on different coaches tendencies and how he prepared for certain teams

As soon as I saw "experto" linked to this rumor, I knew it was BS. The guy has absolutely zero credibility. I can't even believe this rumor is across 3 websites and twitter.
I would love that. Three former head coaches on staff. all great recruiters.
