This should explain why he didnt mention the name of his college when interduced at the Super Bowl
Also answers the question...... why didnt he go to Ohio State?
Being under the radar fine for WR Manningham

His departure from Michigan was not a clean one. There were reports of failed drug tests, to which he later admitted. It also was reported that he scored six out of a possible 50 points on the Wonderlic test, an intelligence assessment given to draft candidates at the NFL combine.
Considered one of the better receivers available, he instead dropped into the third round of the 2008 draft, where the Giants made him the 95th player selected.
Wonderlic Test;
A breakdown of the scoring looks like this:
50= highest possible score, superior intelligence
21= average intelligence
14= equivalent to unskilled worker
Below 14= moron

sorry bout that forgot where i read it at
O H I O is the Buckeye State
Thanks for the follow-up, as to why, X. That's the first I heard of Manningham's Wonderlic score, including his quiet exit from tsun.
And so much for standardized tests. Good educators know they aren't worth the paper they're written on. For that reason, I take the Wonderlic scores with a grain of salt. Impressive if you score high, meh, if you don't.
The Browns can always use a good bawl catcher, they need all the help they can get, no matter where it comes from.
Go Bucks!
