I loved, LOVED, following all the recruiting news, but now that Neal and Diggs will be elsewhere we can finally focus on the team we know we've got for next year. I'm curious to know what everybody is most looking forward to in the upcoming season. My top five:
1) Not being able to call the first offensive play a full week in advance and be right
2) Ryan Shazier, and watching some of the new LBs compete for playing time
3) Watching Stoneburner finally get to show what he can accomplish when we try to get him the ball
4) Devin Smith. I think he's a stud waiting to happen.
5) Braxton Miller becoming something truly, truly special. He has loads of talent and fits Urban's offense so well
5a) Pummelling lesser teams and playing better teams like we're there to win, rather than not to lose
Miss Tress, Love Tress, will never forget Tress, but I can't wait for the Urban Meyer era to kickoff!

hopefully we'll see more than 4 or 5 offensive plays 40 yards long, or longer, during the year.
wondering if we'll add "explosiveness" to our special teams returns
upgrading the linebacker position from 2011 production level
developing an offense that has the QB hit an open receiver "in stride" and allows that receiver to run after the catch
I'm excited it's over so we don't have grown men twitter bombing teenage boys and Mike from Rivals embarrassing themselves and allowing the stereotype of crapy behavior from tOSU fans to be a reality.
Good list CPLUNK. I'm REALLY looking forward to Anti-Walrus Ball and the 2013 recruiting class...!!!
Keep Calm and Ignore the Trolls.
1. The defensive front. Simon will be back as well as a healthy Williams. Then you throw in this years recruits at end and LB, plus Shazier and Curtis Grant who hopefully comes into his own. The defense will be awesome right away.
2. An OSU offense not being handcuffed by Tresselball. Some are concerned about the explosiveness on offense. I for one am not. There are still plenty of highly recruited players on that roster, and I look forward to seeing the team's offensive priority move to scoring points as opposed to maintaining field position. I will always love Tress, but I think I will love this team under Meyer even more.
Putting the smackdown on:
1. Nebraska - I live here and it is HUSKER this and that and I get a little irratated when I hear people call us the SUCKEYES
2. Wisconsin - want to see Budger Boy cry
3. Michigan State -
4. Purdue -
5. AACC - I want to see Denard flat on his back for most of the game. His shoveling motion was irratating and I would like to see him eat nothing but a lot of turf
I'm just looking forward too the spring game, getting too September and watching Urban beat scUM in November!
Besides Basketball season coming to an end...im looking forward to seeing just what urban meyer and the new coaching staff will bring to the table, any new traditions, new offense...all of it.
As boring as this may sound, I am excited to see the growth and development of the offensive line.
I want to see what this team look like after Marroti gets through with them.
"It's just another case of there you are". ~ Doc (1918-2012)
Im looking forward to the offensive production..i want to see big numbers from braxton, i would love nothing less to blow out michigan state and wisconsin by 40+ each..and when we play michigan i would like our DL to put the hurt on denard and cause hoke to choke
I would like to see a team like we had when Hawk and Lauranitis were here. Would love to see an udefeated season and end it with Denard on the receiving end of a record number of sacks and Kalis looking like a buffoon on every play!
Thats what I WANT to see. I can't wait til the season begins.
I'm more excited about this kid, than Diggs or Neal, (& he plays in better competition state and league-wise):

All of it. Can't get here soon enough!

Making Here's what I'm looking forward to:
1) no more coaches box shots during the game of a clearly confused jim bollman staring at a playbook I'm assuming was written with crayons.
2) watching the d get back to doing what they do best: making life miserable for big ten opponents. Wth fickell back being able to fully devote his attention to the defensive side of the ball, a healthy nathan williams and what should be an improved lb corps, should be fun to watch.
3) an offensive system more suited to braxtons obvious abilities, and seeing the talent we have used to the best of their abilitities.
4) our team reasserting itself as the un
Put michigan back in their place... that is all
I had a dream......
Denard Robinson Stats:
Passing 5 for 14 passing for 30 yds, 3 int one returned for a TD
8 sacks, 6 hurries
Running 12 runs for - 40 yds, 4 fumbles, 3 recoved by OSU
Injury report will be available after all tests are run.
Note: Kalis left the game crying after the first play due to a bloody nose and was never see again

is what I look at every night before I go to sleep if I am an Ohio State defender. If I were a defensive coach I would start every meeting with this image. I want him hurting and writhing in pain. Make him forever remember the last time he played the Buckeyes.
Can't wait to see the Silver Bullets back making life hell for Big Ten quaterbacks.
It's good to be home.
I really think Philly Brown could gain the most from UFM coming in. He has a skillset that fits the spread offense, and Meyer recruited him pretty heavily at Florida so he knows what the kid can do. I hope he has a solid year.
Swagger.
I want hits so fast and hard the opposing players stay down for a few extra seconds debating whether or not to get up, their will destroyed with no hope of getting a first down.
I want to toy with Michigan and Wisconsin like a cat does with its captured prey.
Crush an SEC / top 10 opponent / program defining victory to let everybody know
