I don't think ANYBODY is in regular contact with this kid and if they are, I don't think they are gettin much out of him....#keepin it close to the vest!

Its funny how this kid is toying with anyone who he talks to and everyone buys into it.  Nobody knows anything except Diggs - everything is speculation and everyone is speculating. 

Ya know what?  The kid is probably thinking it's hilarious that so many middleaged dudes are freaking out over ever word he says.  Also, I think it's freakin hilarious.  Obviously, he wanted to take his trip to Maryland, and that's why he didn't make his decision by signing day.  I know he kind of toyed around with everyone before that trip, but I think it's hilarious too.  He has a good time on his visit to Florida, he's going to Florida.  His mom has a shirt that was Scarlet and Gray, he's going to be a Buckeye!  Maryland fans cheered his name at a basketball game, he's a lock! 

it's hilarious!  The kid farts and tweets come out that somehow that one smelled favorable for the Buckeyes. I'd be screwing around with everyone too!

Im pretty sure he is much better than the three WR we signed. Even then Urban has said he wants that speedy playmaker (as I am sure you have heard the "percy harvin" type) and diggs most certainly fits the mold. Its been said numerous times by many people/sources on this site and other sites that Ohio State's offense gives Diggs the best chance to be successful. Think about it, Florida will not utilize him like tOSU would (pro style vs. spread), Maryland is going nowhere with Florida State, Va Tech, and Clemson "ruling" the ACC add to that they were 2-10 last year and are currently on a modest 8 game losing streak, and until Auburn buys another Cam Newton they are not going anywhere in a stacked SEC. If he wants to win, have his skills used to the extent it should, and play for UFM on the best damn team in the land, he will pick THE Ohio State University

Lou, I love following recruiting and get on here several times a day to check out if there is any news or not.  I'm more talking about people who stalk the Twitter feeds, or take any little comment about the kid and run the gambit of emotions all in 30 mintues.  Oh He's coming! We dont' have a chance!  Why's he such a prima donna?  Etc Etc Etc.  His decision is 2 days away, no one knows what's going on with him yet, but we'll find out really soon.

By stalking twitter I don't mean folks like Alex, Jeremy, or Genstar who use twitter for news.  I mean people who hang on every word, picture, quote, or t hought of a player on Twitter or similar info about a player on Twitter the analyze it all. 

We don't know if he's scared of the 3 WR's already recruited by UFM or not, we don't know if Ohio State is truly best for him either.  Maybe he loves the idea of being a Harvin type of player, maybe he wants to be a great traditional WR too in a pro-style offense. We'll see in two days.  I sure hope he picks Ohio State, but nothing that I've seen that has come out about him since the trip to Maryland convinces me he's going to any school in particular.

As of 6:30 p.m. confidante close to Stefon Diggs said WR has not made choice, will talk it out tonight and tomorrow with family, etc.

Doesn't seem like anyone is very confident in Diggs becoming a Buckeye anymore...is it because of Mike Farrell's tweet (Rivals)? Just curious why everyone has gone quiet on him?

^probably a good call. I just don't understand why the optimism has died down so much? One guy comes out and says UF and UMD lead and we think we are out. Diggs has had a new "leader" every day, which means he doesn't have one regardless of what Farrell says. Just my opinion.

FWIW there's a Gators fan over on Bucknuts claiming that Meyer trashed UF to Diggs and he "cooled" on us. I'm sure it is just someone trying to get a rise out of Bucks fans. Does Urban seem like someone who would "trash" the program he just left? 

They have some really bad feelings about Uban taking the buckeye job and I doubt he said anything bad about UF . your probly right about it being a rumor.

agree that Maryland has the ugliest uni's I think I've ever seen. The "tortoise" pattern helmets are hideous. And the half and half uniform is an optical illusion I think. All of the combinations they put together make my eyes bleed.

also, did a little more looking around...idk if you all are familiar with experto50 over on the Scout board. He claims that as of tonight, tOSU is out of the running for Diggs. However, if you do know him you probably realize he gets trashed nightly over on the Scout boards. It's quite humorous if you're ever in need of a laugh. 

I'm starting to agree with Xtreme that there is no use in analyzing because nobody really knows. I can't quit though because I have been following his recruitment for this long so I feel the need to see it through sadly. So sorry if any of these posts are bugging you guys. I only do it because I think Diggs could be an absolute stud for the Bucks.

In regards to what Urban told Diggs about going to UF, a source* told me that Urban said, "Stefon, you would really be great at Florida... if I was still coaching there."

*There is no source. This statement is a fabrication. I felt the need to clarify before I woke up and found a thread asking for details of Urb's negative recruiting.
