He got into a fight by Enarson Hall and punched someone by the north market and was charged with "intimidation" or something. Rumor was he said something like "I just knocked out a white boy" or something of the like.
There was a scuffle on the South Oval which he was involved in and he supposedly punched a student near High St. and was charged with assault?
edit: Recruitbuck said North Market, he obviously knows more about the situation than I do.
damn, i liked his ability on the field too. wish him well. but good reason to take away a scholarship, imo. its priviledge to have a scholarship... he abused it. simple as that

Yeah, publicly it's 83 but OSU has 2 more guys already in mind to get it to 81 to make room for Diggs. I'm guessing T.Y. Williams will be one of the guys out. Dunno who could be the other.

People, stop asking about Neal. We are not getting Neal. Diggs is an outside shot, but Neal is OUT.
TY Williams was suspended for the Gator Bowl and in mid-season, spouted off about his lack of PT on Twitter.
TY could not catch a cold.
