Mike Farrel said that Maryland and Florida are in the lead. He seems to be a pretty credible source as he did break the Devonte Neal story accurately. It doesn't mean he's going to Florida based on Farrels statement it looks that way.

Some guy are Rivals are predicting OhSt, some are predicting Md, and some are predicting FL. That's all within one recruiting site. Don't forget Jay Parks Recruiting has Ohio State pegged =)
Let's all be patient and let it work itself out. I'd hate for people to come away from this class disappointed if we don't get Diggs because we still pulled in an amazing class.
To be honest, it seems like the experts have differing opinions, and I also saw Mike himself tweet that nobody really knows who Stefon will pick.

This is just more proof that the experts really don't know. Here's a Maryland area journalist who says a "reliable source" says Diggs will be a Buckeye. At this point, I am definitely just in "wait and see" mode...

I'm staying OSU because that's how I felt last week and I have had zero reason to change that. I honestly have no idea how this one will go and I am purely guessing, based on the sole fact that I know OSU feels good about their efforts and usually that leads to good things with Urban Meyer. If it's UF, UMD, Auburn, or even Cal I would not be shocked and none of you should be.
Some more rumors, again FWIW. Personally I'm tired of all this but I just cannot stop looking.
He's probably giving everyone he knows hints that he's going to a different school so that it'll be a true surprise when we find out where he actually plans to go on Friday.
Even if he's narrowed it to Florida, Maryland and OSU we have at best a 33% chance. If it's at Floriday, Maryland, OSU and Auburn still, we're at 25%. Odds are heavily stacked against us, so it's best to expect the worst (Florida) and hope for the best (OSU)!

Mike Farrel makes me laugh though. Today he says Maryland is the team to beat out. Yesterday he was sure that he was going to florida. I bet Monday and Tuesday he was saying Ohio state and Auburn were the teams to beat out. He is all over the place on this. I keep reading today that ESPN keeps typing that Diggs is announcing today at 10. Im sure its another one of their hiccups but they keep doing it.

I know this is unoriginal thinking with the news that Diggs is no longer going to broadcast his decision on DC Comcast, but that can't be good for the terps. I can't read into it as anything against the other schools, but right away the kid at least showed he's a better person than LeBron.

can't believe that the @RyJgill dude actually took a shot at diggs. I mean come on, the kid is a senior in HS, obviously struggling to make a decision and the dude takes a shot at him because it is taking him too long to make his choice. From several different twitter feeds it looks like 6PM will be announcement time tomorrow for Stefon. I assume it will be via twitter with no other medium mentioned.
I asked @bls1969 (from The Sentinel, which is a local newspaper for the county that GCHS is in) if his source was reliable, and he said very. It was his youth league football coach, who appears to be an important guy. Fwiw.

The guy that wrote the Washington Post article, Josh Barr, does not sound sure per his tweets as he does the story. May just want web traffic for his story.

Well, and Pryor. Hate to say it, but if it weren't for tat-gate, he probably would've gone down as one of the most successful QBs in the school and conference's history. Would have likely had 4 conference titles and 4 BCS bowls, and who knows how many personal records/accolades.

I understand that, but he was far from a bust. 3 years, 3 conference titles, 2 BCS wins w/ 2 BCS Game MVP awards, 31-4 record as a starter. Very few QBs in the BCS era have been more successful.

Let's not forget that there were several other players involved and that had Tressel handled this differently he would likely still have a job and the Tat 5 would have just missed the first 5 games of 2010. Without the cover-up, the media does not send their attack dogs to dig up dirt for 6 months. As much as I love Tress, he deserves most of the blame here.

Hey everyone.. brand new to the site.. seems like one of the best sites for us diehard buckeye fans that i have came across.. very excited to pick some of your brains. this whole diggs situation is very interesting to me. People are comparing this situation to the tp situation but to me its just a case of a kid who just does not know where he wants to go and who's mother and coach are pushing Maryland down his throat. seems like a kid who doesn't want to dissapoint the people who have been there for him. I believe if he chooses Maryland it is based solely on that factor. Oobviously he knows if he wants to succeed and have a better chance at the pros and awards he goes to tosu or Florida.. if he is letting people influence this decision then i say good luck we don't want you anyways.. we need strong minded players especially now to get us through this bowl banned year.. then again with his talents maybe he believes it doesn't matter where he goes.. don't know much on his character.. is he considered high character or is that a doubt on peoples mind?

You guys in the "moral police" are so annoying. Hating on a kid for waiting to make HIS decision. Whether he truly doesn't know yet or just enjoys the limelight, who cares? Obviously none of you have been in his situation before. I am a very humble person, but when I had my moments in the sun, I wanted them to last forever. This kid is 18, let him enjoy it. He obviously has worked his entire life to get to this position, he has every right to savor it. And in case some of you have forgotten, the decision he makes is for HIM, not YOU!

I, too, get exhausted by this "diva" chatter. It's the man's decision. I think it's funny as hell that he's stringing it along, having fun with it. I mean, Dodson flirted with USC, maintained silence, and did things his way when he committed. Don't jump down a kid's throat because he's having fun. After seeing Meyer pull Neal's offer due to his character, I'm going to trust that he doesn't see that "diva" inside of Diggs.

I wish him the best......but frankly...too much drama for my liking...even if he were to choose Ohio State, I don't care for all the drama...and yes I understand he is a 17 or 18 year old kid.
I think the writing is on the wall with this one. Who knows he could pick OSU but announcing at a local MD sports bar where the coach does a radio show, seems like he will be wearing the Turtle.
What's the deal with Mike Locksley? His short, disastrous stop at NMS suggests that he's not exactly a great teacher of the game and/or strategist. Yet, he's a strong recruiter, but especially where he has connections in the DC area and VA tidewater. Fishy, or is it just that Locksley specializes in recruiting?
And I don't mind the Diggs "drama." Hand the ball to him on a simple counter play, and he dramatically busts it for a 65 yd TD. The opposing offense throws a quick-hitter outside WR screen and Diggs dramatically blows up the play. If Diggs choses Ohio State, I'll eagerly look forward to watching all of his dramatic performances.
If he chooses anything but Maryland, after announcing in College Park, I'd be shocked.
