I know Urban has already gotten started on recruiting players for the 2013 class, and even got verbals from Burrows and Marshall. It's scary to think of what Urban can do with an entire year to recruit. Does anyone know of any other big-time prospects who seem to be leaning Ohio State already?

Robert Foster (WR) from PA.
Eli Woodward (CB) from NJ.
Billy Price (DT) from OH.
"You win with people." - Woody Hayes
Derrick Green (RB) from VA. Same school as Curtis Grant.
Darryl Richardson (QB) Seffner, FL
FWIW, DeVeon Smith has said OSU is one of his top choices.
I heard that Derrick Green is a HUGE Buckeye fan and has said that he wants to bring Eddie George's number out of retirement.
I wouldn't cheer for Michigan if they were playing the Taliban.

For any PSU or Pitt fans hoping to land Robert Foster, five-star WR from Monaca, I wouldn't hold my breath, from what I was just told.
:)
Kid absolutely cant bring Eddie's number out of retirement its in the ring of honor. Which brings up this question, anyone know when Troy Smith will get his number retired it has to be coming up soon and I really don't want to miss that game. Michigan this year?
I don't think Troy Smith will get his number retired for a while, since both Philly Brown and Ryan Shazier actively wear it.

i always thought it would be a cool tradition if by the time a player gets to his senior year, the coaches deam him succesful enough (on and off the field), he could wear a retired jersey of one of the greats. if that great happens to still be alive, that player could even ask them permission, and if he has a good enough senior season (and total college career) and he deserves to get his number retired, he's added to that jersey number's retirement list. i thought it'd be a great way to connect generations of players, encourage players by rewarding their hard work with something special, and as a fan it'd be exciting having a season come up where, say, eddie george's number is taken down. yet another reason to get pumped for the season.
thoughts?
totaly buy into ^^^^SwingO56 idea. Although, with 100 numbers and less than 10 retired, there are 90+ numbers, waiting to be made great.
This is starting to get silly.
Derrick Green (lock)
Eli Woodard (lock)
Robert Foster (sounding closer and closer to a lock)
Malik Zaire (heavy lean and great relationship with Foster)
Billy Price (lock)
Jaylon Smith (If big bro stays, I think we are a lock. Appears to have connection with Jalin)
Evan Lisle (not if, but when offered, likely will be a Buckeye)
Foster and Smith are 5 stars. Lisle, Zaire, Price, Woodard, and Green are all 4 stars that have 5 star abilities and with good senior years could end up being 5 stars.
Let me also say one thing... on film, Malik Zaire has impressed me more than Braxton did in high school. However, I have not seen him live, whereas, I went to nearly all of Braxton's games his senior year. They don't put the mistakes and flaws on highlight films so I will need to check Zaire out next year being I'm only 10 minutes from his school. Also Braxton's competition level is much much better than Zaire's.
I think the number can be worn with Eddie's permission. I believe Katenmoyer asked for permission from Archie to wear the big 45...but that was a few years ago.
With Burrows to OSU, any guesses as to who is next? I'm guessing/thinking Shelton Gibson.
