They didnt get in Cbus till around 6 and Meyer was in Indiana until a few hours ago visiting with Jaylon Smith and David Perkins.

Really hope Cam Williams & Armani Reeves BOTH commit. Obviously as everyone else would, hopefully they pull the trigger soon following their officials. Alex just mentioned he's gonna contact them tomorrow following their official visit.....hopefully some good news coming our way on this front soon.

it seems like were gonna oversign this class do we have to take our scholarship sanctions this year or can we start them next year
We're not going to oversign. The math is in numerous posts on the site, but don't forget:
1) we had less scholarships than allowable this year
2) Several players have left the program or been booted out
3) Early enrollees count against last year's class

Well, it depends on your definition of oversign. Right now the team sits at 81 scholarship players (some are saying 80 because they are pretty certain J. Berry is as good as gone) and the current class is at 22 commits (there is uncertainty about whether all 22 will actually sign or make it to OSU because of academics).
82 by August is the number that matters, and the staff certainly has a good feel for what the real number is right now be it 81, 78, 75........?
However, if OSU adds 2-3 commits to this class there will be more than 82 scholarship players on the roster. Those aren't official numbers, but the perception will exist that OSU "oversigned". OSU will have to "get rid" of someone to get to 82, and that's where the oversigning flack will start.

Well if the flying back home thing tonight is accurate, then there are two reasons why Armani just tweeted "Home Sweet Home" He's either back in Mass, or he's committing to OSU. Only 2 explainations to that tweet.
Or maybe he's looking forward to getting home?

I think they are both Buckeyes but may have had my 11AM and 11 PM mixed up...Cam told me to call him "anytime later today in the evening" and said they would land around 11 or so so I guess I misinterpreted

So Alex, you do see Cam Williams & Armani Reeves committing to OSU correct? Obviously it'll be a better indicator once you have a chance to talk to them later today, but when do you see them pulling the trigger honestly if you had to make a guess?

Sadly I keep pulling up the 11W website here in my cube, hoping that my Friday will be made soooo much better with the thoughts of Cam, Boom, and Shazier playing together....throw Grant and the other guys we have into that line backing corp and our defense will look sick for the next few years (combined with the rest of the classes Urb-the man-an will bring in). I'm also getting tired of scUM fans thinking that Armani is in the bag.......and all the trash talking Kalis and that other kid Dymonte or whatever his name is are doing......
I wouldn't speak too ill of Dymonte yet. He is Bri'one Dunn's cousin and we still may be able to get him.with Dunn convincing him.

Growing up in Houston and spending my undergrad summers in austin set the standards pretty high.
So I hear. I am moving to Dallas on Wednesday.
I think it's less the quality of the student female population and more about the amount of clothing girls wear for the climate.
So me and all my southern friends had theories on this.
6 months of the year, the girls are covered up. So they tend to let themselves go a little more. They also lose their tans. And sweat shirts and jeans aren't exactly a sun dress or a short skirt.
That said, I used to love how involved all the students were in supporting Ohio State. Go to a Texas game and the girls are incredibly hot but they care little for the football. They don't know jack about football and couldn't tell you the score or who they were playing. Go to an Ohio State game and the girls are actually interested in the game and the outcome.

The key of an announcement will be if they take PSU visits...if they do I expect a signing day announcement.....if they tell me that visit is off, I expect an announcement early next week
As a born and raised (albeit transplanted now to Cincy) Bostonian, it would be awesome to have two Massholes on the roster. The fact that they're both 4 stars? All the better.

PSU fan here just chiming in.... i have been following both sides of this story close. Word is Reeves has an in home visit from scUM today or tomorrow and then both are scheduled to visit PSU on the 28th. I dont forsee either of them saying much till LOI day.... My personal belief is if they visit PSU that close to LOI day it wont leave OSU or scUM much time to reclose, but that is just me as a PSU fan thinking positive.
Williams officially committed today per his dad and a bajillion Twitter reports from Scout, Rivals, ESPiN. Good get! Reeves next?

Armani has a scheduled visit to PSU Jan 27th which could be canceled depending on how his OSU visit went we'll see both would be 2 solid pickups
