Wow is right. That would seemingly open it up for at least one of Kozan and/or O'Connor. Still have to get the tackles we so desperately need. Both of these guys kind of struck me as "depth" anyway, so not a huge loss. Curious what the issue was, again, assuming there is any validity to this.
Any rumor on why they would be dismissed?
Assuming the validity of course, but Chris Carter was in some hot water last year on signing day. Perhaps he is that kid.

Nobody has taken this for anything other than a rumor in this thread but I still want to stress that this is just an internet rumor at this stage, as far as I know.
Which Brown are you referring to? Tommy? If so, they are both large O Linemen, and I'm not sure I see bigger, slower O Linemen playing for Urban unless they are in desperate need of bodies.
What percentage sure are you, Northbrook? That is my preferred rumor metric.
Orlando, I'm 0% sure right now - just something I saw on another site. Pure rumor AFAIK. I wanted to see if anybody here had anything more.
Carter probably was due after coming in and being the next in line official "tons of fun" OSU OLineman. Lets just hope between Ty Pennington and Tim Gunn, someone is able to do something for that poor guy. I'd be dissapointed to hear Tommy Brown didn't make it tho, he seemed like such a good kid. Which is not to say he now isn't, just that he's, well, just too big. Any unsubstantiated "Jaamal Berry has been officially dismissed" rumors yet? Been waitin' for that one.
Northbrook, did they give any detail as to why they were dismissed?
if it had anything to do with free cars we know that turned out to be a bunch of BS :)
Right now i think if a Buckeye player sneezes we are going to here something about it sooner than later and it would be nice if there was a link to that rumor or even a quote. I for one would like to see what is acually being said.

For what it's worth, I've heard nothing about Carter or Brown getting the boot.
Jason / Alex: Do you mind clarifying why you can't disclose the individuals or the justifications for their dismissals at this point? To preserve the anonymity of your sources?
