Heres what PO's me about the Big 10
First of all the Big 10 had a Head coach for ten years that dominated the conf. plus in that ten yrs that coach went to 8 bcs bowl games ( more than any HC in any conf) , 3 national title games, 7 Big !0 titles, went 9-1 in the biggest rivalry in sports and not to mention all of the academic All Americans he produced. all of that and that HC Jim Tressel never got a Big 10 coach of the year. the underacheiving Iowa HC got 3 Big ten coach of the year in that period, sad very sad.
Now the Big ten wants to ruin the biggest rivalry in college football by moving it to Oct and thats after they put them in different divisions making it possible to play twice in a season. I understand they want to make the conference championship the big game but they will not gain anything by killing the biggest rivalry in sprots. Heck you think they would take and use that rivalry to draw attention to the Big 10.
I dont think they realize that there are alot of people that dont even watch or care about football but they will make time to watch "The Game" Those are alot of veiwers they will lose nationwide. I guess they understand the rivalry as much as Cooper & Rich Rod did.
