I know that this borders on political, so I will try to remain as unpartisan as possible. Georgia's Board of Regents' policy on immigrants is preventing this kid from pursuing his dream. Regardless of your position on illegal immigration, I think maybe we can agree that blanket policies that don't take anyone's particular situation into account are not helpful. Just my two cents and hopefully this guy finds a way to pursue his dream elsewhere...
