This had to be shared as much as I do not like to see the maize and blue gunk get all over everyone. Worth a laugh as they compare 2012 class to class without distinguishing past classes or returning talent. Anything to make it OK I guess.

Hahahahhaha this one made me laugh the most. Delusional. Yet somehow has insider knowledge on the REAL reason Urban left UF....Hahah, God, I hate M*ch*g@n.
'How many times has Ohio State won a national title with the "great Jim Tressel" Once. Even with the talent and recruiting Tressel put together he was a one and done coach. I won't be surprised if Meyer is a one and done or wins only one title. He didn't quit Florida mainly cause of a heart condition I'll never surrender to that lie. He left Florida mainly because his great class of 2006 finally graduated (which might go down as the greatest recruiting class in NCAAF history) and his golden boy Tebow went to the NFL. He knew with the rise that Saban and Miles were receiving he would be left behind and Florida's era of being a power house was dying. As long as the SEC continues it's dominance Meyer won't win anything come national title time. To be honest I think we have a tremendous egde over him than the Bucknuts realize.'
"I'm up there with Chris and Dave Pass, getting ready to broadcast that game, and that band came out of that tunnel, I was wiping tears out of my eyes and all the memories came back." ~Urban Meyer
I liked when he said, "Urban mainly relied on ridiculous recruiting classes." how about his success at Bowling Green and Utah? They never had great classes and he still did great things with them. But I guess fear can cause you to say crazy things.
Lol...let them have their one off-season of glory lol.....it'll all come crashing down next year....all I know is next year is going too be crazzzyyyy for the "Game"
Even though their football teams are bad and their cheerleaders are ugly, I respect Michigan. Because the Big Ten is better and Ohio State is better when Michigan is a prominent school. That being said, I can tell that these fans respect us because they quite obviously fear us.
The old Michael Scott line.. Would you rather be feared or loved? Both, I want people to be afraid of how much they love me.
PWLafferty. TBD... at least one poster is reasonable:
'But winning one national championship is kind of a big deal...
Bo had zero, Lloyd had one, and they are rightfully considered legendary coaches. '
This back and forth made me lol....
"I don't know why people worry about other teams' recruiting. That is far out of Michigan's contorl. If we beat OSU for a prospect straight up, they're probably going to get another good one in that one's spot. Same if they beat us for a recruit. When was the last time OSU didn't have good players?"
- "The last time Joe Bauserman was on the field?"
“The teams that don’t respect their coaches and don’t trust their coaches are the teams that go .500"
~Zach Boren
Thanks for posting. There are a few good laughs on there, for sure.
I especially like "I'm not worried, because we're Michigan."
One fluke year for them and one bad year for us erases the past decade?
I can't keep track of the number of scUM fans saying "I'm not worried..."
lmao. That only means one thing. They're very worried.
If you ain't a Silver Bullet, you're a target
They have every reason to be excited. Their new coach is on his way to getting M back to a prominent spot in the football world. OSU fans have every reason to be excited. We have one of the top two coaches in the game right now (depending on how well you can swallow your hatred towards Saban and rank him #1). Both guys have made huge splashes recruiting. Both teams are poised for success. If either fan base isn't worried about the other team, then both sides are being delusional. They are going to be a good team guys, but guess what? We are too. I do like how their fans are comparing Meyer teams to Florida State and Clemson (notoriously strong recruiters\bad performance). Its as if they assume Meyer can't coach. I guess his Tresselian career record doesn't do it for them...
And no, Michigan. You don't have an edge over Meyer. He is going to recruit circles around Hoke this year.
4-6 seconds from point A to point B and when you get to point B, be pissed off
Michigan fans are always in denial.
Examples:
Tressel only went 9-1 because he "cheated".
Meyer's success was only because of Tebow, and his assistance at Florida. Of course they ignored his success at BG, and Utah.
Hoke is a great coach.
They deserved to go to a BCS game.

Sorry to pull out some psychology so early in the morning . . . but
"The Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM-IV) published by the American Psychiatric Association (1994) includes a tentative diagnostic axis for defence mechanisms.[13] This classification is largely based on Vaillant's hierarchical view of defences, but has some modifications. Examples include: denial, fantasy, rationalization, regression, isolation, projection, and displacement"

Perfectly explainable reaction to Ohio State making a comeback when scUM fans thought we should be squished like a bug by the NCAA for what the bad lying Tresselman did (how many years in a row did they lose?)
They were praying Ohio State would get slammed by the NCAA. It's almost sad how bad they wanted Ohio State to suck just so they could be relevant again.

Keep Calm and Ignore the Trolls.
I couldn't care less about what they are doing up there. Our biggest threats are Wisconsin, Michigan State, and then Iowa and Penn State. It's nice that they had a "successful" season, but come on. Didn't have to play Wisconsin or Penn State. Best non-conference opponent was 8-5 ND. They hardly lost anyone from the previous season, and they get matched up with one of the worst BCS bowl teams since the BCS was created. If they didn't have a top 10 season, Hoke should have been fired. However, we're not looking at an elite team. In 7 weeks, Meyer accomplished more than Hoke did in over a year with a top 10 season. I wouldn't be looking for them to make a BCS bowl any time again soon.
VT's team wasn't 'one of the worst BCS bowl teams since the BCS was created.' That honor goes to several of the Big Easy teams and possibly Illinois 1-2 times.
Just wait til ole Urban gets a full year to recruit. We will crush their dreams.
Seth - I was talking historically. Va Tech and Florida State have set the standard for BCS failure, each going 1-5 all-time. Sad thing is, Va Tech thoroughly outplayed UM. Aside from 2 poor passes that were miraculously not intercepted, Va Tech shut them down.
