IMHO i think his first win gave him a 5 year free ride. Because I think if Rich Rod could of squeezed 1 in i beleive he would still be there.

Depends on how well they do the entire season. Had it not been for the back to back collapses(and impatience) in the second half of the season, Rich Rod would still be there.

From your write up Xtreme then 6. Flounder will have a longer leash then RR did at AACC. Let's see how the B1G responds to them next year. If they continue to go 10-2 and lose to us he will be their John Cooper. We might be doing the "Hokey Pokey" for some time.

Greg Mattison was the real reason for their turnaround. The defensive improvement was staggering. They still gave up a ton of yards but were excellent in creating turnovers. The offense half the time was Drob throwing a jump ball to his receivers. But because he beat the worst Ohio State team in 10 years at home by six points he is set for at least five years. If Mattison leaves, he loses his best recruiter and the architect of this years success.
I'd laugh my ass off if Greg Mattison is the mystery coach that PSU is rumored to be waiting on. Might have to read mgoblog a little if that should transpire.

I agree, Madison is the biggest part of their success in wins & recruiting and i woild also LMAO if he left but at the same time If he went to PSU it could lockdown some of their recruits that are considering Ohio State.
anyway tsun will most likely have a rough road ahead even if Madison does stay because Denard has been their offense and he's gone next year possibly this yr as for the next QB in line Devin G he only has a couple years left and very little play time .

well if WINNIE THE POOH'S ''HOKE'' tigger ''denard'' runs to the NFL to be a 4th string runningback they will have a handfull of problems in and out of the confrence in 2012 if denard leaves and gardner doesnt perform like we all know he wont they will have to thank rich rod for last years team not hokey ..Hokey will go 3-7 against the buckeyes and then be let go
