Got some love this morning on CollegeFootballNews after the ESPN 1vs2 debacle yesterday. As you may have heard, LSU and Alabama square off this weekend in Tuscaloosa in a 1 vs. 2 matchup. ESPN ran a story yesterday recapping what they consider to be the greatest 1 vs. 2 matchups in regular season history. They failed to mention 2006 Ohio State-Michigan in the text of the article (to his credit, Schlabach did mention it briefly in the movie, but only to set up the fact that The Game resulted in Florida vaulting to #2).
So, CFN put their rankings of the greatest 1 vs. 2 games, bowls included, this morning. The Ohio State-Miami Fiesta Bowl from 2002-2003 is their #1 all-time game.
