Gray Unis for Wisco?

While it's appearing more likely last weeks rumors or black jerseys aren't true, I have heard that the jerseys may be gray. Either way would definitely be slick. Thoughts?

Very dark gray ,,, almost black is what I've heard.

I can't say I wasn't hoping for some all black uniforms. A black out for a night game in the Horseshoe, let alone a game as big as the Wisconsin game is gonna be this year... That'd be big time.

Black would have been interesting. It is actually the Badgers who have their own history with "black." In the 60's, I think they had a few guys on defense wear black versions of their helmet as some sort of defensive acheivement award.

You guys might find this interesting -- at a Michigan players' meeting this year, apparently AD Dave Brandon got an earful from the players directly about their wish that Michigan would return to Nike, from adidas. Which ain't happening, since our adidas contract runs through 2016 at least, and we have a guarantee-clause that we will be adidas' highest-compensated NCAA program through that period.
