Black Shoe Diaries used to be a great college blog until the site's two best writers split to start their own gig. What are we left with? Front page stories that lead with sentences like this:
Last week, we talked about the hypocrisy of the NCAA charging Boise State with "lack of institutional control" while letting Ohio State off the hook for its fairly egregious transgressions.
The NCAA has already ruled on the situation and we totally missed it.
Yeah, its VERY tough to go on there without getting fired up. I just have to remind myself everytime that its useless. That still doesn't stop me probably half the time.

And in fairness to some of the users on there, they were calling the author out for the article. Doesn't change the fact that that is a front page article though.
