The 6-foot-3, 221-pound Georgia native committed to the Nittany Lions back in December. He's received offers from Alabama, Florida, Florida State in the meantime. The home-state Bulldogs have also been making a push as of late, hoping to pair him with five-star running back Zamir White.
Fields becomes the second five-star to decommit from Penn State in the last three months. Defensive end Micah Parsons, one of Ohio State's top targets, is the other.
