First thought would be that this doesn't surprise me but a second look would lead me to think I thought Harbaugh would have had a higher standard. Grant Perry is back with the Michigan football team despite still having an open case with some pretty serious accusations.
Here is a refresher of the charges "The charges that came down on Dec. 22 last year: two misdemeanors for fourth-degree criminal sexual conduct for inappropriately touching a woman, a felony for resisting/avoiding arrest as an officer was injured as Perry evaded the arrest and a minor in possession of alcohol."
I guess CSC and fleeing police don't rank high on Harbaugh's shameful acts list.
