Former OSU 4* recruit (and MSU commit) WDE Auston Robertson was charged with 3rd degree sexual conduct - a felony. It should be noted that this is a recent event (April 9th), and not a part of the Jan. case involving 3 other MSU players.

He and fellow Fort Wayne WR Austin Mack were big targets (pun intended) for OSU's class back in the 2016 cycle.

Unfortunately, this is not his first run-in with the law - as a HS senior he was accused of assault for "improperly touching" a female classmate. He entered a diversionary program, and ended up signing after NSD with the Spartans.

Hope he can get his head (and behavior) right before he throws away a potential collegiate football career.
