Previously was the OL coach for RichRod at Michigan from 2008-2011. Notably players coached: OT Taylor Lewan, OG Michael Schofield, and C David Molk.

Seems like a solid hire on paper, but strange they are only having him coach OT/TE. Previously, co-OC/OL coach Tim Drevno to move to "interior OL coach" and TE coach Jay Harbaugh to RBs.

Seems like a bit of a counter move by Harbaugh in response to the Kevin Wilson hire to learn more about Wilson's offense.
