I know that the bowl season isn't over yet, but I think certain Big Ten teams are safe bets to be ranked next season. Win or lose against Clemson, Ohio State will be ranked in the preseason top 5, I can almost guarantee it. Similarly, Michigan will probably be top 15 unless they get blown out by FSU tonight, and if they do the dirty on FSU don't be surprised if they're in the Top 10 despite all their personnel losses.

Wisconsin and Penn State are safe bets as well. But outside of them, who else?

Will Minnesota be ranked in the 20s? Will Nebraska be given any consideration by the voters?
