Is it legal to do when the teams are lined up? Camp Randall was loud as you expect it would be with a top 10 matchup at night. But it was EXCESSIVELY louder when they'd pump noise through the speakers. They did it all game and the Buckeyes couldn't hear.
I went to Happy Valley a couple years ago and they'd pump out that kitty kat growl every time the Buckeyes would line up.
Legal or no? And if it is, why don't they do it at the shoe?
