Last month, after High School Football America took a round-by-round look at where 2016 NFL Draft picks went to high school, I thought it would be fun to look back at the 2016 National Letter of Intent signing day to see which states produced the most scholarship players for Division I/Football Bowl Subdivision teams. We gathered our information, by looking at every FBS school’s website for their official list of scholarship players. We did not include Air Force, Army and Navy, because the academies don’t release names until players arrive on campus over the summer. -Jeff Fisher-
