Northwestern, PSU, and Wisconsin all have two losses and, unlike five other two-loss teams, are unranked. Question for the board is which of those teams is the best, and should they be ranked?

Northwestern's win over Stanford is easily the best win in the group, but it came very early, and they looked pretty bad in losses against Michigan and Iowa since then. Neither Wisconsin nor PSU has a win to hang their hats on, but both look like they might be playing their best football now. On a neutral field next week, I'd rank them PSU, Wisconsin, NW. 

Among the other two-loss teams (MIchigan, Ole Miss, UCLA, MissST, TAMU) I'd put any of those teams ahead of the last two, and maybe ahead of UCLA.
