Did anyone see this during the flow of the Temple Notre Dame game? I'm not sure of the context of this and what preceded this. Kelly explains in the post game presser that he was preventing a penalty from his assistant. What do you guys think? Either way it's not a good look. Also, if someone could embed the vine for me that would be great as I can't do that on my iPad.
