So, I didn't watch much of the Michigan/Oregon State game, but have seen highlights of Harbaugh having an epic meltdown on the sidelines over a call.  Apparently, it was in response to a roughing the kicker call, which now the Big Ten is apologizing to Harbaugh for it's officiating staff's mistake. 

This is apparently going to become an issue with rugby style kickers, who run halfway across the field before booting the ball. 

"Harbaugh received an apology from the Big Ten for the personal foul call on a roughing the punter when he was outside the tackle box.

"You want to be able to know what to tell your team," Harbaugh said. "That's why we inquire. Once a punter goes outside the tackle box, you don't know whether he's a runner or going to punt the ball. He's afforded the same protection a quarterback would be when he's out of the pocket. When he throws the ball, he can be hit like a quarterback. If you take more than two steps, that becomes a personal foul.

It seems a little odd that no one in the replay booth, officiating booth corrected this call on the field.....
