Do they sit on it and do NOTHING and hope they can get in next year, and cross there fingers?  Then the following year make the move to invite other schools.

Or do they become active in coming months and invite 2 or 4 schools into there conference and try to speed up the process so they can join before fall to have a BIG12 championship Game by Next Dec?

Who do they go after? BYU, Bosie State, UConn, UCF, East Carolina, U-Cinny, Air Force, New Mexico, Utah State, Marshal or USF.

Or do nothing for two years, have no schools in playoff for 2 years in row.. Some schools get antsy and BOLT to Pac-12/ SEC ..like the Oklahoma schools, and some others. So many bolt in same off season that their Grant of Rights contract has no weight?
